Responsibilities and Duties
• Maintain Books of Accounts (Purchase, Sales, Cash, MJ)
• Bank Accounts reconciliation, Invoice Processing, Payroll, Payroll tax, PAYG, General
Ledger, Month/ Year end Reconciliation, End of year adjustments.
• Analyzing of the Balance Sheet and the Profit and Loss Account reports in consonance
with the applicable accounting standards
• Preparation of GST/IAS returns
• Publishing of Annual Financial Statements including Individual, Companies,
Partnership and Trust
• Preparation of Income Tax returns including Individual, Companies, Partnership and
Trust Qualifications and Skills
• Conversant with MS Office, Especially MS Excel
• Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills
• Experience using MYOB, Quick Books, Xero, APS (Tax Management software)
• Knowledge of Australian Accounting and Taxation process
• Master’s degree in Accounting
• The ideal candidate should have minimum 5 years experience
